> MyOwnVPNIP = 192.168.100.2/24

These should be something like:

	MyOwnVPNIP = 192.168.100.1/24
	MyOwnVPNIP = 192.168.101.1/24

So that your different networks have different numbers. Your tinc tap-devices should have netmask 255.255.0.0 so that everything meant for the tinc network (remote) is passed to the tinc daemon.
