Tinc1.0pre4 & kernel 2.4.5 & tun/tap - Correction

   I tied to compile tinc with -static option and got error message "
tinc-1.0pre4/src/net.c:819 : undefined reference `RAND_pseudo_bytes`

 I can't find description of function "RAND_pseudo_bytes" anywhere. If I compile
without -static option everythig is Ok.
