Tinc1.0pre4 & kernel 2.4.5 & tun/tap - Correction

     I solved my problem. Sorry. It was my fault - I had old version of
libssl-dev (opensll development) package  on host "igor" with kernel 2.4.5  Now
everything is Ok. Tincd with ethertap interface and compiled with libcrypto
0.9.5 works  without problem with tincd with tun interface and compiled with
libcrypto 0.9.6
