openssl

Hello,

I am trying to get tinc to compile but it does not find openssl although 
its on the system. Apache and other can find it even :

./configure --with-openssl=/usr/local/ssl/include/openssl 
--with-openssl-include=/usr/local/ssl/include/
--with-openssl-lib=/usr/local/ssl/lib/ and other tries failed it always is 
unable to locate

checking for openssl headers... /usr/local/ssl/include/
checking for openssl libraries... /usr/local/ssl/lib/
checking for evp.h... no
checking for openssl/evp.h... no  << -- should be YES !!

although its there :

locate evp.h
/usr/local/ssl/include/openssl/evp.h

Any ideas ?
