When you say loops, do you mean
A->B and B->A
 or 
A->B, B->C, C->A,
 or 
A->A?

You can. However, try not to make loops with the ConnectTo lines, as
this might result in endless connect/disconnects between tinc daemons.
We are working on a fix for this.
