Well it's quite obvious:
> Chain forward (policy DENY):
> target prot opt source destination ports
> - all ------ 192.168.0.0/16 192.168.1.0/24 n/a
> - all ------ 192.168.1.0/24 192.168.0.0/16 n/a
> MASQ all ------ 192.168.1.2 anywhere n/a
You didn't specify a target for the first two rules, so the default
policy, DENY, will apply.
