The installer was added a few days later.

What was the exact command line?

I think so, it narrows it down considerably :)

Gaah! Just when I thought I had tinc quote everything with spaces, I
seem to have missed something. Try running tinc with -c
"C:\PROGRA~1\tinc" and see if that helps.
