Configuration Help. Ping says Destination unreachable.

OK.. I thought subnet meant the private subnet behind a firewall.
Actually I am using a setup like the below:

I changed the host configuration file for the server(zidler) as below:

The rest of the things are the same. 
Now I get a new error..
