tinc-1.0pre8 fails to compile on RH 9.0

It should be automatically generated by autopoint (which is called from
autogen.sh). Make sure you have gettext installed (version 0.12.1 or
later, if possible).

It is OpenSSL and auto... who are unstable :)! If you have the latest
tools installed, CABAL should be fine.
