WinXP & LINUX Debian

Hi

I can not tuning TINC for WinXP,
but exactly i was all instaledd - but in do not connect to linux

These my options :

Linux has
IP 213.159.102.122
   192.168.0.1 (firewll, masqured)


WinXP Box
IP 213.159.102.146
   i want what WinBOX has IP 192.168.0.11 -  for i can come into LAN behind firewall into
   192.168.0.1/24

I was try Download distrs from http://www.tinc-vpn.org/download
and CIPE VPN Driver - nothing -

i can not ping 192.168.0.1 from WinBOX
