WinXP <-> LINUX

Hello.

I`m new user in TINC.
I was try unite two Networks and i can`t .

Can anybody help to me ?


What i to do and has.

First network :
213.159.102.145/255.255.255.252
my IP = 213.159.102.146
Here WinXP, SP2

Second Network :
213.159.102.122/255.255.255.248 (6-7 IPs)
There is masquarade network too
192.168.0.0/24 , thereis run SAMBA
here LINUX Debian.

What i want : from net1 connect to net2, into masquarade net (LOCAL) ?

Can i do this ?

I was install tinc 1.0.2 on the XP and Debian,
configure neede files - but it can`t run ,

on the Win BOX - the TAP-Win32 Adapter - network cable unpluged ?
and i ca not understand why ?

On linux box - i do not see any messages into syslog about win box try to connect to tinc,
I do not understand why TAP-Win32 Adapter not send any packets to linux ...
