to stop tinc process

Hello,

I tried giving tincd -k command for killing tinc process but 
it didnt work. Its actally giving me a error that 

No other tincd is running

if i try to run tincd again it indicates that other tincd 
with that pid is running.

i couldnt do it by giving the kill pid command too

i wrote tinc-down code also
