SVN source windows installer

Great! Unfortunately I lost the installer sources. I haven't put them in
the main subversion tree because I didn't want distribution specific
stuff there, but unfortunately I hadn't yet put it in any other
subversion repository. I'll try to fix this soon though.

FYI, I used the NSIS installer (http://nsis.sourceforge.net/).
