Problem running Tinc

I configured tinc on my little server, but i get this when i try to run it:

root at blacky:~# tincd -n venere -d5 -D
tincd 1.0.4 (Apr 30 2006 22:53:06) starting, debug level 5
/dev/net/tun is a Linux tun/tap device (tun mode)
Executing script tinc-up
Listening on :: port 655
Can't bind to 0.0.0.0 port 655/tcp: Address already in use
Ready

I don't understand what's wrong..
