Virtual LAN over Tinc?

Ah, that means tinc is in router mode. There is a bug in tinc (which will be
fixed in the next release) where it doesn't read the last line of configuration
files if it does not end with a carriage return or line feed character. Try
adding an empty line at the end of your tinc.conf files, that should fix your
problem.
