Tinc on 64-bit Vista

Hello,

I also have a Vista 64bit install at my place, so I can test it too if you
want? And... like Peter, I also don't have any experience developing
installers :(.

Testing this would give me a good opportunity to test my new Tinc setup any
how.

Feel free to send my way if / when its ready.
