Help with routing between Windows

You've got two interfaces with the same netmask.  The VMWare interface has a 
lower metric; hence, Windows is likely routing all (or most) of the packages 
you're sending straight to your VMWare interface, instead of Tinc.

What address are you trying to ping, from where?
