Do you want to connect to two different VPNs, or do you want to connect to two
nodes belonging to the same VPN? In the first case, you should use a different
IP range for the second VPN, in the second case just add the host file of the
second node you want to connect to to /etc/hosts, and add another ConnectTo =
<node> to tinc.conf.
