Multiple tunnels between same nodes

Yes, i did mean multiple tunnels between same computers, because one of them has two ISPs  so two network adapters and two different IPs, both online. It's Win 2003 Server if that matters. Is that possible for tinc to create 2 tunnels to this PC? 

Sometimes one of ISP gets disconnected and it has dynamic IP,keeping two tunnels would help server stay online on a second DSL 'backup' interface.
