Network documentation range expanded earlier this year

In managing the IPv4 scarcity issue, ICANN allocated 2 more "test networks"
for documenting IPv4 examples earlier this year. Per
http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc5737 ,accepted IPv4 example nets are now:
192.0.2.0/24, 198.51.100.0/24, 203.0.113.0/24
IPv6 examples remain derived from 2001:db8::/32
