That should be fine. I add /32 to single ips too. Maybe it is not
necessary, but it is no problem to add it.


You have network 10.0.0.0/8 for your vpn. This means all 10.* ip will go
to vpn, als long you have no more specific routing.
Tinc knows itself of two single ips, 10.0.0.4 and 10.0.0.3 and where they
will have to go.
