Can I use it to FIX my internet connection?

Does anyone have a script for a travelling laptop that will use
numerous dhcp assigned default gateways from numerous locations?

i could script the above, but then when their machine connects at
another coffee shop, the default gateway would be overwritten with the
coffee shop default gateway.

Can /etc/tinc/NETNAME/subnet-up  be used to detect a change in the
default gateway?
