Tinc 1.0.17, switch mode and IPv6: set DecrementTTL = no

Why do you decrement the TTL? Doesn't sound like something a switch should do. The router function in the OS should do a decrement if at all.

I do see use for it as an optional thing you can switch on though. It definitely will kill routing loops.
