[Announcement] Tinc version 1.0.20 released

I updated the OpenWRT packages:
https://dev.openwrt.org/changeset/36041

However Openwrt users with the Attitude Adjustment RC1 release should
stick to tinc 1.0.19 due to linking changes to the lzo package in
OpenWRT.

Current trunk is now using tinc 1.0.20
