Multiple Windows setups

Each machine in the US behind the same NAT needs to listen on a seperate 
port and have their respective ports forwarded.

You'll need to include the new port numbers in both the host 
configuration file (Address config variable) on each box so they know 
where to connect to and the main configuration file (BindToAddress 
config variable) for the host whose port you are changing,
