tinc doesn't find tap device / windows 10 x64

For what it's worth, I've been running tinc 1.1 on WIndows 10 since it came
out, on multiple computers. It works just fine.

Can you post the contents of tinc.conf for "mynetwork"?

Also this might sound obvious, but make sure you run tincd with
administrator rights.
