Migrate from Tinc-VPN v1.0 to TINC-VPN v1.1

I don't think uninstalling would get rid of your configuration files.
I would recommend uninstalling from the repository and compiling from the
get Repository.
You might want to test that first but I don't see why that wouldn't work.
