tinc OpenWrt package new maintainer

Hello,

the community has a strong preference to have Tinc 1.1 in OpenWrt as
the default option.

I received a very good pull request for this today:

Erwan asked to be maintainer for the OpenWrt package and I have
nothing against this, I am happy to give him the role.

Erwan could you please figure out what is necessary on the OpenWrt
side to grant you commit rights ? It is a very long time I don't do
contributions to the project and I am not familiar with the Maintainer
handover process.
