tinc still alive?

Hi

I can help thinking that Wireguard has taken some of the wind out of 
tincd's sails. I like and used tinc for some years, and the self-healing 
mesh is a powerful feature, however performance has always been a bit of 
a weakness and security is perhaps not as modern.
