I think that I have them connected in switched mode (I had to change
the Address= fields to the Network Bridge addresses) But I am not able
to determine if there is any traffic being captured on the device. I
think that all information is still going out the Local Interface.<br>

When I do that, the Windows complains about there being 2 interfaces
with the same IP address. I ignore the error warning, start tinc and
nothing happens on either side.<br>
