Are you running tinc on windows? I found this bug too.<br>
You need add "ExperimentalProtocol = no" to tinc.conf on all nodes.<br>

I've been unable to mix Windows 1.1pre10 with my Linux nodes running the same version. I haven't tried setting "ExperimentalProtocol = no", but it should be able to work without it.<br>
