Add support for out-of-tree ("VPATH") builds.

This fixes some issues with the build system when building out of tree.

With this commit, it is now possible to do the following:

    $ cd /tmp/build
    $ /path/to/tinc/configure
    $ make
Makefile.am diff | blob | history
configure.ac diff | blob | history
doc/Makefile.am diff | blob | history
src/Makefile.am diff | blob | history
tinc, the VPN daemon
