Hi Guus,

I tried the CIPE-Win32 and some older Tap-Win32 Drivers which I had
installed, but I discovered that there were some issues with SP2
(http://openvpn.sourceforge.net/trouble.html "MISSING TAP DEVICE ICON ON
WINDOWS XP SP2"), so I installed the Tap-Win32 drivers which are
included in openvpn 2.0 beta2.

| Does it work with the OpenVPN 2.0beta2 TAP-Win32 driver with SP1?

That I do not know, but it worked with some older Tap-Win32 drivers.

| Anyway, newer TAP-Win32 drivers have built-in support for point-to-point
| mode, so tinc won't have to get the MAC address and simulate it itself
| anymore. I'll try to change that.

thanks in advance

Tim
