Hi,

just some follow-up: I played around a little bit with wireshark, tcpdump 
and ping and noticed, that pings were actually running back and forth 
successfully. Then I looked at my config again and noticed, that I had 
missed the "Subnet = $ip/32" line in my own hosts/... config file - adding 
this fixed the problem :-)
